Cancellation Policy

1. Scheduling & Change Policy Once lessons are booked, clients have 24 hours to request one (1) schedule change at no cost. After that period, each additional schedule change will incur a $25 fee. All scheduled lessons must be completed by July 31st of the calendar year—no exceptions will be made. 2. Refund Policy Total Body Submersion maintains a strict no-refund policy. This applies to all circumstances including missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, or withdrawal from the program. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. 3. Weather & Make-Up Policy Make-up sessions will only be offered if a lesson is canceled by Total Body Submersion due to inclement weather. For any other missed session, make-up lessons can be requested but will require payment based on the lesson type: Group Lesson Make-Up: $25 Semi-Private Lesson Make-Up: $40 Private Lesson Make-Up: $60 * If illness prevents attendance, clients must notify Total Body Submersion within 24 hours of the missed session and provide a doctor’s note to be eligible for a paid make-up. 4. Photo & Media Release By participating in any Total Body Submersion program, you grant permission for photos, videos, or other media of you or your child to be used for marketing and promotional purposes. To opt out, written notification must be provided before your first class. 5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver Participation in swim lessons and related activities involves inherent risks, including physical injury, illness (including exposure to COVID-19), property loss, or death. By enrolling, you voluntarily assume all such risks. You release Total Body Submersion and its staff, volunteers, and agents from any liability related to: - Injury or illness - Property damage or loss - Death - Medical or first aid treatment administered during lessons This waiver is intended to be as broad as allowed by law, including any unknown claims at the time of signing. 6. Medical Treatment Authorization You authorize Total Body Submersion staff to provide basic first aid and to obtain emergency medical care if needed. You accept full financial responsibility for any resulting medical expenses. 7. Confidentiality Any confidential information obtained through participation in the program must not be disclosed. Participants agree to maintain the privacy of all proprietary or sensitive information.
