Our Inspiring Founder
Hi, I’m Kiana Pauline, the heart behind Total Body Submersion. My love for swimming ignited after a close call at the age of 5. Now, with 25 years of expertise, I am on a mission to make swimming accessible to all. My journey has led to partnerships with the City of Jackson, Jackson Revival Center Church, and more. Together, we’ve turned my passion into a movement for water safety and education.
