How do I sign up for lessons?

Visit our Services Page to choose the swim service that best fits your needs:

What information should I have ready when registering?

When registering, be prepared to specify your preferred location: Byram, Crystal Springs, Madison, or Pearl.

At what age can my child start lessons?

We offer lessons starting from 18 months old up to adults. For toddlers, we recommend private or semi-private sessions.

When should my child stop taking lessons?

Children should continue lessons until they can comfortably swim two lengths of a competitive pool, tread water for at least two minutes, roll onto their back and remain there for a minute, and exit the pool unassisted. This proficiency is typically achieved upon completion of our advanced program.

When is payment due each month?

We request that payments be made immediately upon invoicing.

What if my payment method declines or results in an overdraft?

We will notify you in such cases and ask that you provide an alternative payment method, such as a different card, Venmo, or PayPal.

Can I pay for a set time period instead of monthly?

Yes, if you wish to pay for at least three months in full, please contact our office at (601) 718-7525.

If I want to cancel my child's lessons, what should I do?

Please note that we do not offer refunds after lessons have been purchased. Make-up sessions are only available with a valid doctor's excuse. Once cleared by a doctor, you have two weeks to complete the remaining lessons.

Is there an annual membership fee?

Currently, we do not have an annual membership fee.

What if I miss a lesson? Can I have a make-up?

We do not offer make-up lessons for routine absences. However, you can pay a drop-in fee of $25-$50 per session, depending on the type of lessons purchased. If we cancel a class due to holidays, weather, instructor illness, mechanical issues, public health crises, government mandates, or any other reason, we will issue you a make-up token valid for 30 days. Make-ups are only available with a doctor's excuse and a 24-hour notice.

What are make-up tokens and how do they work?

Make-up tokens are issued when we cancel a class for reasons such as holidays, weather, instructor absences, mechanical issues, public health crises, or government mandates. These tokens are valid for two weeks after issuance (unless otherwise specified by Total Body Submersion LLC management) and can be redeemed for a drop-in make-up class. Please note that make-up tokens cannot be converted to account credit or a refund and are restricted to active members only.

Do you offer refunds?

Total Body Submersion LLC does not offer refunds under any circumstances. When we cancel lessons for reasons such as holidays, weather, instructor illness, mechanical issues, public health crises, or government mandates, we offer make-ups. If a child has a serious illness or injury that causes them to miss four or more consecutive lessons, and we are provided with a doctor's note, we will issue make-up tokens for the missed lessons. A 24-hour notice with a doctor's excuse is required to schedule a make-up; otherwise, you will need to pay a drop-in fee for a make-up session.
